Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

– All orders are processed strictly on a 100% advance payment basis.
– Until the full payment is received in our account, the goods will not be dispatched or handed over.
– The order will be packed and scheduled for shipping only after payment confirmation.

2. Minimum Order & Wholesale Policy

– We do not accept single-piece retail orders.
– Our sales are strictly for wholesale/bulk quantities only.
– Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), discounts, and delivery terms may vary per product and will be
mentioned in the order confirmation.

3. Exchange & Defective Item Policy

– We only allow exchange in case of defective products. No exchange or return will be accepted for
non-defective items.
– Any complaint regarding defects must be reported to our customer support within 7 days of
delivery with proof (photos/videos).
– After inspection, if the item is found defective, we will provide an exchange with the same/similar
product, or as per company policy, a refund/credit may be offered.
– For exchanges, the product must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact, along with
proof of purchase.
– Any misuse, intentional damage, or unjustified return request will not be accepted.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

– Since we operate on 100% advance payment, cancellations are generally not accepted once the
payment is made.
– Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed in cases where the product is confirmed as defective
and cannot be exchanged.
– Refund timelines depend on company policies and payment gateways.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

– Shipping will be scheduled only after full payment confirmation.
– Delivery timelines mentioned are estimated; actual timelines may vary depending on logistics.
– Once the goods are dispatched, the risk and responsibility transfer to the customer as per the
agreed delivery terms.

6. Warranty & Liability

– No product carries any warranty/guarantee unless explicitly stated in writing by the company.
– The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Maximum
liability will be limited to the order value paid by the customer.

7. Claims Procedure

– Customers must notify us of any defect or shortage within 7 days of receiving the goods.
– Claims will only be considered after inspection and confirmation by the company

8. Governing Law

– These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
– Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the local courts at Surat, Gujarat.

9. Additional Terms

– The company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without
prior notice.
– Any special terms mentioned in the official purchase order/contract will take priority over these
general terms.
